What this policy covers
This policy covers the pages on this website and the referral line advertised on them, operated by Tulsa Pest Partners. It does not cover the independent pest control companies that calls are routed to. Each of those is a separate business with its own privacy practices, and once your call is handed off, that company controls the information it collects from you directly. Ask them for their policy if it matters to you.
This site has no contact form, no account system, no newsletter and no shopping cart. There is nothing here to sign up for, which keeps the collected data narrow.
What is collected
Two streams, and both are ordinary:
- Call information. When you dial the line, the routing system sees your phone number, the time of the call, and the ZIP code or location you give. What you describe about the pest problem and the property is noted so the company that takes the job arrives prepared. Calls may be recorded or monitored.
- Website information. Standard server logs record IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages viewed. Analytics and advertising cookies may measure which pages lead to calls. This is aggregate traffic measurement, not an attempt to identify you personally.
No payment details are ever collected here. You pay the pest control company directly, on their terms.
Your choices, children and changes
Browser settings control cookies, and blocking them will not break this site. If you would rather a company not keep your number after a job, tell them directly, since they hold it under their own policy. This site is meant for adults arranging service for a property, and it is not directed at children under 13.
Oklahoma law governs this policy. It takes effect in August 2026 and may be updated as the site changes, with the current version always posted at this address. Related reading: the terms of use.
